01-10-2008 : FD-ID is working on a new cross media event project with Leidi Haaijer.
In cooperation with multimedia artist Leidi Haaijer, FD-ID is preparing a cross media event project for public education & awareness. First sessions took place earlier this week. Our goal is to organize a project, that can be used in cities, villages and other communities.
28-08-2008 : FD-ID just finished two interim project assignments and new ones are already waiting.
After two interesting assignments at Dutch Public Broadcaster for Educational Broadcasts Teleac/NOT yesterday was the day of farewell. Both assignments were interesting and challenging. I enjoyed working with the people at Teleac/NOT.
New projects are already lining up and even yesterday I had a last minute request for a website for a Dutch company, a Virtual Assistant. This is a new service of a company called Teletime Services, owned by Ramona Schopping in Hilversum. She also offers a description of her services in English, so you might want to visit the Teletime Services website.
The website of the Virtual Assistant, 'Ask Ramona now' is in Dutch only, for the moment, but I am sure she will be able to help you in English as well.
01-04-2008 : FD-ID new assignment as interim Internet Producer at Dutch Public Broadcaster Teleac/NOT (Educational).
Just finishing an assignement at another part of Teleac/NOT I was invited to join the Internet Department as a producer, in order to shape up the organization and to start a selection procedure for the new producers. Part of this assignment is to analyze work flows and to suggest a better way to get things done. It involves working on many projects and taking care of procurement of website design and css design.
06-03-2008 : FD-ID Network Meeting at 19.00 hrs.
FD-ID and Satura have organised their 3rd network meeting.
Thursday 6 March 2008 at 19.00 hrs professionals will meet & greet during this meeting.
One of the professionals within the network, Sander Boon of YGREC Finance, will give a presentation about financial topics.
Our next network meeting will take place on Tuesday 3 June 2008.

01-03-2008 : FD-ID has updated website of AVC Pim Verdonk (Dutch).
AVC Pim Verdonk is specialised in audio & video productions; classical music, documentaries, concert recordings et cetera. You can find all his productions on his website AVC Pim Verdonk, made by FD-ID.
14-12-2007 : FD-ID organises training sessions.
After several months of analyzing procedures and methods within a Dutch Public Broadcasting Organisation, FD-ID has coordinated the implementation of adapted software for the delivery of metadata of TV-programmes.
The next step in the process is training the people who will have to use this software. The main goal is improving the procedures and the quality of the contents of the metadata. The best way to do this is to offer improved software and to show people how their tasks can become easier and more interesting.
FD-ID has organised several training sessions within a period of two weeks in January 2008.
14-11-2007 : FD-ID website on a mobile phone.
More and more mobile phones are used for internet browsing too. The telecom business is developing all kind of new media services, mobile phones are getting nicer and bigger screens are used, connections are better and quicker .
FD-ID has published an adapted version of this website for mobile use .

01-05-2007 : FD-ID on assignment for Dutch Educational Television.
Through an agency I was invited to assist Teleac/NOT, a Dutch educational broadcast organisation, for a period of 4 months. I will be in charge of program scheduling, control of metadata and exchange of scheduling information within the company.
It is exciting to be back in the world I have built up much of my experience.

04-03-2007 : FD-ID participates in several networking groups.
Networking is one of today's tools of reaching interesting people and organizations. Of course FD-ID is also member of several networking groups on the internet, such as XING, LinkedIn, but also of groups that actually meet each other on a regular basis. Networking is not a new thing, it has always been one of the most important ways of getting around in business. First by telephone, letter, fax, later on by e-mail, now by internet. 01-03-2007 : FD-ID and Verschoor Intermediair publish PR & ZO.
Media company Verschoor Intermediair and FD-ID have joint forces in a project called PR & ZO, which stands for Public Relations and other matters. FD-ID will offer organisation and marketing advice. This project will deal with promotion of Dutch cities. The first project, Vorstelijk Baarn (Royal Baarn) was started by Verschoor Intermediair. FD-ID was involved in designing and producing the website PR & ZO | Verschoor Intermediair (Dutch)
31-01-2007 : FD-ID has been invited to join a PR-project.
A media company has invited FD-ID to join forces in a big PR-project per 1-2-2007. FD-ID will offer organisation and marketing advice. In the very near future an official announcement will be published by both companies.
18-01-2007 : FD-ID launches website.
